Autumn in St Johns

At Little Cherubs, we started the week by visiting St Johns. Signs of Autumn were all around us so we collected the fallen leaves in as many shades as possible. We found orange, red, yellow, brown and even pink leaves! Exploring the environment can be a great way to teach children about the changing of seasons and provides children with an opportunity to make observations whilst opening them up to making discussions, which further helps with language development, not to mention being very creative with all the leaves we have collected.
