Painting with nature

We are so fortunate to have our own area of private land where the children can create, explore and play. This weeks trips involved making our paint with herbs and spices and our own paintbrushes using what we could find in the forest around us. This activity engaged our sense of smell, and developed our creativity. Helping to tie the leaves onto sticks to make our brushes, changing the colour of the card with the homemade paint inspired curiosity and of course we had so much fun doing it.
