What is the EYFS?

The EYFS was established to ensure that every child gets a better start in life, no matter where he or she goes to nursery. Our EYFS Curriculum

Every child in our nursery is assigned a key person who is charged with protecting the child’s health and welfare. We recognise each child as a unique and gifted individual, and strive to nurture the individual talents of every child. Our curriculum focuses on the following seven key areas, as outlined by EYFS:

We believe that each and every interaction affords children the chance to learn new social skills, and we don’t take this information lightly. We know one of the best ways to encourage a love of reading is to read to children daily. We give children access to many different reading materials, tailor our reading selection to children’s interests, and help children develop the foundational knowledge they need to become excellent readers.
