Fossils
This week we have had the most exciting mystery box…
A selection of fossils to spark and inspire our little minds. We passed the fossils very carefully around our circle so we could have a feel and think about how they felt and how they looked. This prompted questions like “where did it come from?” “how old is it?” “how did it get there?”
Then we had a go at drawing or painting what we saw with discussions about the shape and size of the fossils.
