Began her childcare Career in 2013. Aimee first started working for Little Cherubs since 2016. She joined us in our baby rooms in our original cherubs, and whilst there, ran the rooms as room leader for a period of time.

Apprentice Early Years Practitioner Over 2's
Grace joined us in 2025 as an apprentice nursery nurse, she has always helped look after her younger brother and this drew her into childcare as a career. She is currently studying her Level 3 as part of our Apprentice Scheme.

Apprentice Early Years Practitioner Over 2's
Shannon started with us as a volunteer giving up her Thursdays to come and support the children. She is now taking the next step in her career joining us in a full-time role as an apprentice. She is currently studying her Level 3 as part of our Apprentice Scheme.

Lottie joined us in 2024 when she moved to the Island after graduating University in her qualification Childhood Learning & Development BA (Hons). She completed her level 3 in childcare as one of our first full time apprentices.

Early Years Practitioner Over 2's
Jules began her childcare Career in 2021 and joined cherubs in 2025. She works part time at Cherubs and part time as a Therapeutic Worker and Family Support Worker. She has trained in Trauma, Therapy, and Sand story Therapy with children.

Early Years Practitioner Over 2's
Maureen has worked in nurseries for many years and has also worked as a cook in schools and at the college so has a wealth of experience with children of all ages. In her previous nursery she worked hard to work her way up to room leader, person in charge and management duties.

Micaela began her childcare career in 2019 where she studied her Childcare Level 2. Over the past few years, she has worked supporting children in a church group and in a nursery on the island. She joined Cherubs in 2025.

Millie joined the cherub's team in 2024 as part of our Apprentice scheme. She completed a Health and Social Care course at college and will transfer some of those skills to childcare whilst she studies for her Level 3 childcare.

Operations Manager
Rianne has 2 boys of her own who both came to Little Cherubs and are now in primary school. Began her childcare career in 2007. Started working at Little Cherubs in 2014. Rianne is qualified at Level 3 in Childcare, Level 4 in Child Psychology and is a qualified Level 3 Forest school Leader.

Elisha began her childcare career in 2014. Elisha first opened our original Little Cherubs in 2014, after a few years she trained as a Primary teacher and taught in Brighton before coming to Little Cherubs to become nursery manager.
