Join our wonderful team!

Little Cherubs Nature Kindergarten is a leader in providing both indoor and outdoor  nursery education.

We are passionate about combining the many benefits of both indoor and outdoor learning and strive to ensure we are incorporating a Forest School philosophy, thus providing unique and enriching learning experiences for our children.

We are excited to hear from people that share our vision, are career minded and interested in joining our small, friendly and happy team as we expand our services. Experience and qualifications in Forest Schooling are not required, however an interest in nature and the outdoors helps.

If you are a dedicated nursery practitioner who is interested in learning more about outdoor provision, please get in touch. Our weeks are timetabled to provide a balance between indoor and outdoor sessions and are always weather dependent and seasonal. Outdoor sessions are rotated between staff members so there is a fair balance of indoor and outdoor opportunities for staff members as well as children.

We offer:

  • Above average rates of pay
  • An excellent remuneration package
  • An exciting and challenging work environment
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Opportunities for further training and development
  • The chance to work in one of the most exciting nurseries on the island
  • 20 days annual leave + 10 paid bank holidays
  • Pension scheme

As a token of our appreciation we offer in addition to the above  additional benefits and rewards to be discussed at interview.

We currently have these positions available:

  • Nursery Manager
  • Early years practitioner’s who are interested in working in our pre-school or baby unit
